Great news! As you already have a Suits Me account you won’t need a new account opening for
you. You should plan now to notify anyone who pays funds into your Engage account that they
should now send to your Suits Me account as your Engage account is closing and provide the
account number and sort code for your Suits Me account so that your funds are paid directly
into your Suits Me account. If you need a new Suits Me card or need help accessing the Suits Me

Any funds held in your Engage account can be moved over to your Suits Me account when you
are ready via a simple transfer or will be moved automatically for you on 13th January 2025 when
your Engage account will close.
Any Direct Debits, Standing Orders or subscriptions should be changed over to your Suits Me
account. Failure to meet regular payment obligations via Direct Debit, Standing Order or other
can negatively impact your credit file. It is important you notify any regular payees of your
change in details in plenty of time, typically Direct Debit payments take 3 days to clear.
