You will receive an email with your new account number and sort code before your new card arrives, this will allow you time to inform your employer or benefit provider of your new account details and update any Direct Debits, Standing Orders and Subscriptions.
You will need to provide the new Suits Me account number and sort code to your employer or DWP/benefits provider, do this with plenty of time as soon as you are notified of your new account number and sort code, this will ensure the payments are processed to your new account and prevent delays.
