What is Fraud?
Fraud is when someone steals your bank or personal details, and uses them to authorise a transaction from your account without you knowing. It’s a transaction you don’t recognise.
What to do if you think you have been a victim of fraud.
Please select Submit a request and chose “I think I may have been a victim of fraud” from the drop down. Then select “In store that was not me” or "online transaction that was not me" from the Fraud Issue section.
Please complete all the questions with as much detail as possible. Once we have received your request we will provide you with a response by the end of the next UK business day.
A UK business day is classed as between 8am and 6pm GMT.
Although we may refund your request, we will continue to investigate your claim.
If our investigation shows this is a false claim, then we (or our Partner) may attempt to recover the funds from you directly or we may look to close your account.
How long do I have to report fraud?
You can only report these within 13 months from the date of the transaction, if it is outside of this timeframe then we will be unable to assist.
If it has been over 13 months since the transaction, we will not be able to assist you with this.
